Any additional features or modifications requested after project initiation may require new fees and extended timelines.
PortoQaly is not responsible for delays caused by missing requirements or late approvals from the client.
PortoQaly strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
System updates, maintenance, or improvements may require downtime.
PortoQaly may introduce new features or modify existing ones without prior notice.
PortoQaly is not liable for:
Loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption.
Errors caused by third-party services, integrations, or hosting providers.
Misuse of the system by the client or their team.
Our total liability, if applicable, will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service within the last 3 months.
You agree not to:
Share your account with unauthorized users.
Use PortoQaly systems for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
Upload malicious code or attempt to hack, damage, or overload the systems.
Some products may include integrations with payment gateways, SMS providers, WhatsApp APIs, Google Maps, or other third-party tools.
PortoQaly is not responsible for:
Failures caused by external providers
Changes in pricing, policies, or limitations of third-party services
PortoQaly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
